Xmas and New Year’s Eve booking is subject to Supplementary charges: USD 50.00 NETT Per Person for New Year’s Eve gala dinner.
Lunch or Dinner: USD 30.00 Per person/per meal
CHILD POLICY:
Infant/Child aged up to 04 years - Free of Cost
Our child policy allows for a maximum of two children below 5 years of age sharing a room with their parents at no extra charge.
In case of extra bed requirement charges will be made as mentioned above
For the child between 5 to10 years of age without extra bed there will be USD 18.00 per child for breakfast.
Children aged 11 years and above sharing with parents is subject to charges as per extra bed, even if extra bed is not required.
Please note that only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

Check-in & Check-out policy:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs onwards. Checkout time is 12:00 Noon local time. However, should there be an early arrival, or a late departure and you would like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the guests, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions: Early check in Policy: Early arrival by 10:00 hrs will be charged additionally 50% of the room rate. Early arrival by 08:00 hrs will be charged additionally 100% of the room rate. In such case pre-information and pre booking is required. Late check-out Policy: Late checkout by 15:00 hrs will be charged additionally 50% of the room rate. Late checkout by 18:00 hrs will be charged additionally 100% of the room rate. In such case pre-information and pre booking is required.
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation made will be charged as follows:
7 days and less- 100% retention
8 days-29 days- 60% retention
30 days-44 days- 40% retention
45 days above - No retention charges
No show charge: No Shows will be charged the full amount as per the booking made for the number of total nights.
