All rates are net based on single or double (twin) occupancy and inclusive of breakfast. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 10% Vat. Meal Rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcohol beverages. Should there be any change in government tax during this contracting period, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the contract rates accordingly to reflect the change. The above rates are subject to availability. Group rates are available upon request and depend upon availability. CHILD POLICY: i. There is no charge for maximum 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with parents and utilize existing bed. ABF will be charged as per contract rate. ii. 50% discount on meal rate for child from 6 years to 12 years old. NO SHOW POLICY In the event of guest, NO SHOW 100% of the initial booking will be charged. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE Check in time is 14:00 hrs. And check out time is 12:00 hrs. (Noon). The hotel will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified and subjected to hotel availability. Late check-out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate for each room category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night contract rate will apply for use of the room after 18:00 hrs. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation and reduction in number of accommodations, hotel shall receive a written notice not less than 3 working days. Failure to do so cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night stay shall be collected by the hotel and any deposit paid shall be forfeited.
