Lunch Or Dinner: USD 25.00 Per person/per meal
New Year’s Eve booking is subject to mandatory charges for gala dinner:
USD 40.00 nett per person.
CHILD POLICY:
Infant/Child aged up to 04 years - Free of Cost
Our child policy allows for a maximum of two children below 5 years of age sharing a room with their parents at no extra charge.
In case of extra bed requirement charges will be made as mentioned above
For the child between 5 to10 years of age without extra bed there will be USD 12.00 per child for breakfast.
Children aged 11 years and above sharing with parents is subject to charges as per extra bed, even if extra bed is not required.
Please note that only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

Kathmandu Int’l OR Domestic Airport – Hotel Barahi Kathmandu: 30-40 minutes’ drive
By Car: USD 25.00 (from 8 am till 8 pm)/USD 35.00 (before 8 am & after 8.00 pm)
By Hiace: USD 40.00 (from 8 am till 8 pm)/USD 55.00 (before 8 am & after 8.00 pm)

Check-in & Check-out policy:
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs onwards.
Checkout time is 12:00 Noon local time.
However, should there be an early arrival, or a late departure and you would like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the guests, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions:
Early check in Policy:
Early check in by 10:00 hrs will be charged additionally 50% of the room rate.
Early check in by 08:00 hrs will be charged additionally 100% of the room rate.
In such case pre-information and pre booking is required.
Late check-out Policy:
Late checkout by 15:00 hrs will be charged additionally 50% of the room rate.
Late checkout by 18:00 hrs will be charged additionally 100% of the room rate.
In such case pre-information and pre booking is required.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of confirmed F.I.T bookings must be advised in writing, 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to expected arrival date of the guest.
Cancellation of Confirmed group bookings must be advised in writing 30 days prior to expected arrival of group.
Any cancellation made less than above stipulated period shall attract retention 01 night’s room retention charge.
Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days of arrival for Group booking will attract retention for the full duration of stay as per the plan booked.
Any cancellation made before 24 hours of the guest arrival or No show for F.I.T booking shall attract retention charges equivalent to the entire stay.
