Villa – 4 room non exclusive is a semi-private option. The pool will be shared with the other rooms if occupied.
Extra Beds – We can arrange one extra bed in one of our villa bedrooms and also in our Signature suite for a child below 12 years.

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival shall incur a charge of 100% of the booking total

Cancellation more than 45 days arrival shall incur no charge

Cancellation 45 to 30 days before arrival shall incur a charge of 50% of the booking total
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival shall incur a charge of 100% of the booking total
Between 20th Dec 2022 & 10th Jan 2023 minimum of 04 nights stay is compulsory.
Between 10th Jan 2023 & 19th Dec 2023 minimum of 02 nights stay is required.
